Asian boy with drawing


Here is the last page of the Math reader, "Asian boy with drawing". After a day at the beach drawing Pelicans, he shows the reader his sketch.

Really like your coloring. It sort of looks digital, but there's an edge to it that makes me suspect natural media. Airbrush? Pencils perhaps?

Hi Silver,

Thank you. The children's book illustrations are scanned pencil sketches, painted in Photoshop using a Wacom tablet. I use the tools the same way I would as if I were using traditional media. Good eye!
